Last upload of today, I swear... i'm just trying to finish a bunch of arty stuff before my life becomes too busy.

Painting practice with acrylics. Haven't painted in WAY too long but i was inspired by the new series of Doctor Who. This is my favourite Doctor/Amy moment so far, apart from maybe that 'Got you' hug. :iconeeeeeplz:

Apologies for the slight proportion issues, it always looks great til you scan it in and then you realise... that you can't actually draw properly. :XD: Huzzah. :sarcasticclap:

That said, this is really quite good. I couldn't paint my way out of a wet paper bag.

That's the only way we get better: draw something we think is awesome, then realize it could be better, and draw something even more awesome ^^;

The great thing about art is that it doesn't have to be perfect for people to enjoy it!

Yeah, its funny how your eyes can see something as perfectly proportioned and then the scanner shows it up in all its distorted glory! :XD: Oh well! :hug:
